Mr. Angel Hernandez
Title 1 Resource Teacher / Behaviro Specialist
Mr. Hernandez helps students in a variety of roles and works closely with the Guidance department. His low keyed, caring attitude is felt by the students and creates a positive effect as he consults with students on both behavioral issues and academic concerns. He makes himself readily available as a liaison between students, parents, and teachers. The Guidance department feels very fortunate to have Mr. Hernandez as part of our team.
Mr. Hernandez is married to Mrs. Cassie Hernandez who is a 7th grade reading teacher at Adams. They have one daughter who is five months old.
The student affairs office often involves him with discipline issues. He talks with students, offering strategies to correct those issues. Students may seek his assistance regarding problems at home or school.
Mr. Hernandez is the co-coach of the Urban Debate Team and also helps with translations between parents and teachers.
