Hello to all Adams Warriors
I just wanted to touch base with all of you and let you know what has been happening around the school.
We have had a great turn out for Membership and we have a few left for our students. Our Vice President in Charge of Membership is planning a get together for the PTSA students in the upcoming weeks. The membership cards should be delivered in the next little while to each of the students homeroom classes. Remember if you want to sign up for a membership it costs $6 and it shows your support for the school.
The book fair was a great success thanks to Annett Morrison. She worked very hard on putting together the volunteer sign up sheet and spending most of her time helping in the library with set up and selling. I can not thank her enough for all the hard work she did. She is looking forward to working with our volunteers during the next one. Watch for her emails in February / March.
Family Fun Day was just last weekend and it was a terrific success. It was great talking to so many of you and there were a lot of community businesses at the fair. Our Orchestra, Chorus and Band played and they are now getting ready for their upcoming Christmas concerts. I will be sending out more information in the next few days. These teachers and students have worked hard to make this possible for all of us. They are an amazing and talented group of students and teachers.
We are still selling the Warrior Spirit Shirts for $10, Entertainment Book $20 (this book has $30 in grocery coupons, restaurant coupons and more) If you wish to purchase these please send your money into the PTSA area in the front office and we will get you your purchases by the next day.
Remember if there are businesses out there that you know of and they would like to have free advertising please have them contact Mrs. LoBalbo in the guidance office. This is a great way to get the word out to your community about your business and help it grow.
Also Ms. Shaw and Ms. Hampton have put out a request for 3 dog gates for Kevin. These are special gates, the cost is $69 each. They are special dog gates that go on the doors but the students are able to walk through them with no problem. If you would like to donate to this you can contact them in the guidance.
