Go Click on: I live in Florida Choose your County: Hillsborough Choose your Student type: Public School Click on: Continue Click on: Browse Course Catalogue Check the box for High School and Regular Then Check the Box for Health/Physical Education Click on: Health Opportunities for Physical Education Click on: 1 and 2 for semester Click on the Start date of your choosing Click FLVS on Course Availability Click Add to Backpack Click on Finish You will then be prompted to complete your academic and personal profile, to include your parent. *Make sure to put Adams Middle School as your school and Frances Vazquez as your counselor. I will receive an email to approve your course. Your course should be approved by me right away. It will take a couple of days for the course to be active. You/your parent will receive a phone call from FLVS.
